2. Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Because our products are non-tangible, irrevocably accessible digital files (.docx and .pdf), all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded.
3. Exceptions & Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our templates. We will happily grant a full refund or issue store credit under the following circumstances:
